Voyage-Air Guitar kicks-off the new TransAxe™ series electric guitars with a very special instrument: the Voyage-Air Belair Limited Edition™.

Capturing the vibe from the earliest days of the electric guitar, this Limited Edition ”travel-electric-guitar” has a stunning semi-transparent high-gloss “TV Yellow” finish, and wears a deeply-patterned tortoise pickguard. For the period-accurate tone, this guitar is fitted with two custom Tonerider™ “Vintage 90 Soap Bar” pickups, and a three-position toggle switch. The tone is warm yet articulated, and has punch and sustain that is more than surprising.

Fitting its Limited Edition status, this guitar sports deluxe features ordinarily found on much more expensive instruments: solid Alder wood body, solid Canadian Maple neck topped with a solid Rosewood fingerboard, mother-of-pearl fret position dots, and a bridge that’s adjustable for individual string intonation and height. Only 250 of the Voyage-Air Belair Limited Edition™ guitars will be produced, and each will have a special, sequential serial number to reflect this special edition. These are instant collector’s items: the first full-size folding electric guitars, and the first Limited Edition guitars from Voyage-Air!

This Limited Edition is sure to sell out FAST, and when they’re gone… they’re gone!

Keith Holland’s Consignment Service

Consignment Service

CLICK HERE for our current inventory of USED and VINTAGE instruments:

http://khguitars.com/go/category/showroom/used-and-vintage/

Our consignment service is here for you!

We handle the hassle of researching, taking pictures, posting online, taking phone calls, answering emails, and meeting with strangers.

You get to go about life as usual, and we’ll call you when its time to pick up your check… it’s that easy!

We are known for carrying quality instruments and that goes for our consignment items as well.  You can feel comfortable that your guitar is in good hands while its displayed in our shop in Los Gatos.

How do I put a guitar on Consignment?

Simply bring the guitar to our shop during business hours. We will inspect it and come up with a fair market value, and help you decide how aggressive pricing should be.

There is no up-front fee. You can drop off the guitar and forget about it if you want.  However we do have a minimum fee of $65 should you decide to take it off consignment.  This keeps the quality of inventory high (no really cheap guitars) and covers costs in instances where the owner later decides they want to keep the guitar.

What is the Consignment Fee?

The Consignment fee is deducted from the final sale price of the guitar, and you keep the rest.

Our consignment fee is competitively set at 22%. There is a minimum fee of $65 (regardless of whether it sells or not—see above).

The fee drops to 17% when you put it towards a new guitar!

Student Guitar Packages

November 20, 2010 by Chris
Filed under Featured, Keith's Tweets, What's New

Get your kids into something a little cooler than video games! We have new student guitars and basses to choose from and they are more affordable than ever.  These starter guitars are brand new and made to last for years to come, but are also priced right for ‘testing the waters’.

Unlike the department stores, we check the action and playability before it leaves the shop so that the road to learning guitar is as smooth as possible. We’ll even perform a follow up adjustment months down the road to make sure its still playing as it should. We see way too many beginner guitars come in for adjustment, only to discover its makes more sense for the owner to buy a new guitar.

JUST SOME OF OUR GUITAR / BASS PACKAGES:

Available in FULL, 3/4, and 1/2 sizes! Lots of colors to choose from!

Beginner Acoustic Guitar, Gig bag, and Strap – $129.95

Solid Body Electric Guitar with Gig Bag, Strap – $129.95

Solid Body Electric Guitar, small practice amp, strap, cable – starting at $199.95

Bass Guitar with Gig Bag, Strap, Cable – $169.95
